This video below is one of the most remarkable and inspirational ones that I lately watched. When I am asked about what I do, I would normally say “I am the export director” of ...., but, lately I changed my answer to “I educate beauty salon owners about how to grow their business by providing quality.......”.
I don’t remember exactly where this change took place, I believe that it was in the middle of 2006 when I was hit with those thoughts and ideas about making a contribution by starting to extensively educate beauty salon owners about how to grow their business. Next it was about creating and providing the marketing tools for those beauty salons so that they can become even more effective...
Summarizing it all: in this remarkable video it shows how education is everything and in any case how it can change the world and enhance new behavior. You must re-look at your job and consider the change that is required (from a classical business owner into an educator) and start education your society. Evening classes are also an option...(see the video). This education will create a new common language and a much better understanding and collaboration between you and the customers in your area when you all will talk the same language and understand the same principles. Loyalty is the natural by-product of such a change.
