it is 23:51 on my day # 52 of the 365 day challenge (read more ). I just completed my daily challenge and added 100 push ups and 100 sit-ups to my "health saving account"
I can summarize 4600 push ups and 4600 sit ups within 52 days of my 365 day challenge (read more ). in just 4 days, I will be reaching the 5000 push ups and 5000 sit ups landmark!!!!
It is difficult to leave the comfort zone and go for it, jump into the ice cold water, du the workout, get to the gym.....IT IS DIFFICULT!!! Otherwise, how will you explain that only 16% of Americans belong to gyms / heath clubs. And as we know, even the ones that are gym members DO NOT USE THEIR MEMBERSHIP and stay at home.
But, when you do take the JUMP and start to swim, you don't feel that bad at all, actually you may even enjoy it. So, all it takes is TO TAKE THE JUMP and all the rest will take care of itself.....just start!
Same thing is with any COMPETITIVE AND CHALLENGING CONDITIONS....your competition stays in their comfort zone. If you don't do the same , you will win the race NOT BECAUSE YOU ARE THAT GOOD, simply because your competition is that incompetent, lazy and do not read this POST. I would have never reached the 5000 push ups and 5000 sit ups landmark, if I like you , I would have stayed in my comfort zone. I just started and started again and started again every single day!
