We all know about our endless needs. Those nonstop needs drive us to be focused on ourselves and all that we need.
The real question thou is: who needs you?
As a person and as a business you can quickly measure how much you are really needed by the amount of contacts (all contacts: messages, emails, phone calls zoom meetings as well as physical meeting that you are asked to attend) that your are asked ( needed ) to solve and or coordinate the fulfillments of other people who need your input and or assistance.
If you have a business and no one calls you , contacts you in connection with buying your products and or services, it means that you are useless and not needed. It is painful to realise this fact but it is the simple and direct truth.
You can make yourself needed.
For being needed you will need to up your game and thrive to become the best options that there is.
There is no way around it. You either change and adopt to the reality by understanding the "game" or you will be voted out as "useless" and totally not needed.
The is true in all sorts of relationships, business customer relationships and or all sort private relationships.
You will be needed only if you make yourself needed by thinking about fulfilling the needs of the people around you.
