2023 was thee greatest year ever for the EXPORT BUSINESS OF DR BAUMANN (www.dr-baumann-export.com)  with 150% business growth. 

The old growth principles worked again 

Here they are ( reminder) - to grow your business you have 3 channels 

1- find new customers 

2 - sell more ( different ) products to your existing customers 

3- find new income channels ( online affiliate ) , online and classical offline income channels. 

 

EVERYTHING worked just perfectly. Some was based on consistency ( check SMAC)  and some was just LUCK. Yes, in many cases LUCK is the main factor in life. You just need to hang in and stay playing the game in order to allow LUCK to choose you!!!

The 3 above mentioned strategies are magical and will always work. The secret is to stay focused on those 3 and don't get lost with classical distractions. 

Each of the above must be broken down into building blocks, steps and each step must be perfectly practiced , one step ant the time untill you get the entire process figured out .

Art vs Craft

You can google the difference between the two : Art vs Craft. 

This difference can be however expressed in many fields. Some of those additional fields are beyond what just sumps into your mind ( when instantly comparing Art vs Craft).

Some sportsman elevated their sport ( craft)  to a total new level of absolute art. You know what I mean! Those ones took a rocket and tennis ball and played it and some used the same and created absolute art of movement and perfection. 

You too can achieve this level of ART by using the same components that you used while making craft. Same components used differently, consciously and intentionally can elevate the value and the rating of your work into the level of an assist. 

When waking up in the morning and " going to work" is changing TO When waking up in the morning and "going to continue to create ART". It is a huge difference of purpose and appreciation of ones opportunity to be alive. 

Everyone can be an artist, everyone can take his work ( craft) to the level of ART. If you just stop and think about it . If you just stop and answer the question of: what ain't I doing now and that if I do it, my craft will become real ART. Answering the question: what needs to be done NOW to up my game and make my craft become real ART.

Abstract Benefits

In the previous POST ( see here) we discussed the marketing puzzle and the 5 categories of the human needs as well as the physical or physiological needs . see bellow.

In this post we will look at he abstract needs 

Human problems are in 5 categories:

1. Physical 
2. Psychological 
3. Interactive  
4. Social 
5. Abstract 

So, ABSTRACT means exactly ABSTRACT or in other words, none of the above very well defined needs are ABSTRACT but rather specific. Hence, Abstract Need is something that you did not think about until this Abstract Need becomes totally alive and relevant. 

For example:

• You didn't feel hungry but suddenly something happened and you feel an urge to eat. This "suddenly happened" can be connected to a stimulation to one or more of all the 5 senses. A smell of very tasty food is in the air and now your hunger is active and needs to be satisfied. 
• You did not know that you can cure diabetes via strength and or cardio training. You read an article about it in the daily newspaper. Now you "got the idea " to register to the gym and replace your medication with exercise.
• You did not know that you reverse your biological age via nutrition and or via NAD+ booster supplement. A friend shared a video about it with you and you find yourself driving to the next pharmacy or health shoot get this wonder.
• You were watching a movie and got inspired to do something radically different with your life. Change your career or move to another country. 

Abstract means that you were NOT AWARE to a NEED and suddenly you became AWARE. You and your business are fully responsible to WAKE UP customers and or potential customers. Wake them up and make them AWARE to something that they didn't think is possible and now YOU CAN HELP THEM ACHIEVE that thing. 

You and your business must INSTALL AWARENESS , INSTALL NEW IDEAS in the brain of customers and or potential customers.

In the ,meantime, start writing down all the ideas that IF YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE they will choose to buy your product and or services. Don't stop until you finish! Take tour time and write down how will :you, your business, your services , your products and your technology fulfil each of the above needs. Each need should get the full attention as if it is the only need. When finished, move to the next need. Go on until you complete fulfilling all the needs. Each need at a time. 

You are finally going to be busy doing something super constructive!

WE ARE NOT - we are different

Clarity, transparency and adjusting expectation will definitely help to stand out of the "crowded centre and loud competition"

Many times being BOLD and straight to the point makes things clear and avoids misunderstandings.

Saying what YOU ARE NOT will say more about what you actually are. 

Customers are now more environmentally aware, more health oriented, more organic, more vegan and more conscientious about "immune triggering elements". 

So, those declarations bellow is talking the language that customers are more familiar these days. 

This campaign ( bellow) was a test to see customers feedback and engagement and it was a winner ( the best campaign in the last 20 years) !!!

We will now take it a notch further and improve , sharpen and make it even more relevant and measure the second wave of feedback.

DIFFERENTIATION as your core focus

DIFFERENTIATION as your core focus, as your daily thoughts, daily attention and something to build, develop , improve and in any case maintain and update. 

You can't just differentiate yourself, your business , your core advantages and "forget about it". Reason is that your competition will copy you, adjust and always look for cancelling your temporary advantageous differentiation. 

Yes, your differentiation is TEMPORARY, very TEMPORARY and is valid as long as your competition DOESN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. But, this isn't realistic!  

Upping your game and constantly innovating, constantly changing your strategy, improving your irresistible offers etc... is a daily task! Or you risk that your competitors will take action, copy you, improve and take the lead.

So, writing down your 10 business categories ( see the recent post) and detailing them is a super essential activity. Still in the same time , you should screen your 10 business categories with the DIFFERENTIATION "filter" ! HOW DIFFERENT are your 10 business categories categories versus your competitors.

getting rich a proven science

I am currently reading " THE SCIENCE OF GETTING RICH" and I love it.

I love it even more as I can confirm that it work!!!! 

The book was published in 1910 and is relevant today as it was relevant 110 years ago!!!!

There is a science behind every skill and the skill of getting rich followed the same principles.

I would not exaggerate by saying that this is my NUMBER # 1 must read book!!! 

If you are lucky enough to read this POST just go ahead and buy this book and ENHANCE YOUR LUCK by million folds!!!!

The stupidity index

It is 09:10PM on my day # 132 of the 365 day challenge (read more ). I completed my daily routines and reached the benchmark of 12.100 pushups and sit-ups (read here ). My new routine INCLUDES: twice a day 20min TM meditation.vAs you can see & read, I follow a strict routine and do not allow myself any short cuts whatsoever while enjoying every second on the GREAT way towards future goals and visions. Still, I am open for more and better strategies and actually actively search for better options.

My new HABIT : starting my day at 5am - 9pm worked well (for the first day) and ill be going to sleep soon :) I added a new habit on top of the new habit 5am - 9pm in a form of doing my 100 pushups and sit-ups  at around 6am and ticking it OFF as done...fas second achievement of the day (first was the 20min meditation).

Stupidity is a lack of intelligence, understanding, reason, wit or sense. Stupidity may be innate, assumed or reactive – a defence against grief or trauma.

 

Today I came across a very sad case of a person who made stupid choices!!! The same person nodded her head hinting that she knows that her choices are stupid, but rushed to explain the un-realistic rational of Warren Buffett

 

Warren Buffett  always and repetitively explained that you musn't be extremely wise in order to be extremely successful....but, you must rather avoid all sort and versions of stu·pid·i·ty. DO YOU GET IT? How simple success is.....

 

Hence, YOU RATHER MUST STUDY STUPIDITY so that you can recognize it and avoid it no matter what as your life depends more on avoiding stupidity than being super intelligent. 

Your success potential depends on how STUPID YOU ARE and not how smart you are

Your STUPIDITY LEVELS are measured by your ACTIONS and not by your intellect. How many smart people you know that do stupid stuff? Hence, what are they smart or stupid? 

Your "smart" thought....and your "intelligent words" are hot air that will soon vapor and be forgotten...however, what you PRACTICALLY DO makes all the difference and will be the REAL determinator of your stupidity index.

Be aware of your stupid thought...but, be brutally clever by avoiding stupid action. 

Clever? Intelligent? Smart? Sharp? Genius ? phenomenal ? Creative ? = All those expressions are IRRELEVANT when determining success factors compared to NOT STUPID CHOICES AND ACTION! 

• Clever people who smoke
• Intelligent who are obese 
• Smart people who are ill 
• Sharp people who are addicted 
• Genius people who gamble  
• phenomenal people who kill 
• Creative people who go through red traffic lights 

And NOT STUPID PEOPLE who avoid all the above, while living in harmony, health and wealth.

 

You know who you are and you know what you must do to swap sides....but again, what you know means NOTHING....what YOU DO is all it matters!

 

IT GETS BETTER AND BETTER

Today I did (easy) nearly 2KM distance in about 20 min (see image bellow). Average speed about 6km/h

5 year ago (being younger), I was sweating to make about 1.66 KM distance in about 20 min. Average speed about 5km/h.

So, it is a growth of about 20% (while getting older).

The message is:

1. GROWTH IS POSSIBLE if you focus on GROWTH. 
2. Everything is possible if YOU PRACTICE THE PRINCIPLES of whatever you want to achieve.
3. The more you practice (the principles) the easier it gets.

But, the condition is : YOU MUST KNOW THE PRINCIPLES 

Mastering Growth is a sort of "catch 22", hence, YOU MUST KNOW THE PRINCIPLES. Or, you won't make it and you will never REALLY KNOW WHY.
